Audio described, Sign laguage interpreted and captioned performances are offered on selected shows. The theatre has an infra-red hearing system in the main auditorium. A limited number of headsets are available from the cloakroom. Hearing dogs and gude dogs are welcome in the theatre. Please inform the Box Office at time of booking. The thetare has a step-free ground floor level from the entrance through to the Box Office, the Waterside Cafe and the Stalls Row R, with a lift to the Circle 1, Circle 2 and the Second Space levels. There are eight wheelchair positions with companion seats, six in the Stalls and two in Circle 1 and wheelchair positions are available in the Second Space for events / shows taking place there.
