Overview

Given the challenges of tube travel for wheelchair users, London Bridge (Jubilee Line) is pretty good.

Transport & Parking

4

The Jubilee Line offers accessible connections to several places and is one of the more accessible tube lines.

Access

4

From the train to the station concourse is fairly straigforward once you locate the lift. It's tucked away at the end of the platform along its own corridor. The lift itself is large and has plenty of turning space. Once on ground level there's a clearly marked route to the barriers where one is wide enough for wheelchair access. One route out of the station from the Jubilee Line is level.

Toilets

4

There are new toilets in the concourse of the station. Green lines on the floor direct you to their location. A call button will summon assistance at the gates if no one is around to let you in. A large, modern accessible cubicle is a short distance from the barriers and has a RADAR style lock.

Staff

4

All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful.
