Great and helpful staff team here during Edinburgh International Book Festival - ramp provided and loop system working too! Quite the welcome relief from the mayhem that is Edinburgh during the summer Festival season.

Transport & Parking

no idea bout this as travelled by train then in a powerchair. But would not think that good parking would be easily found - def take a taxi!

Access

Amazingly easy - right at entrance to Book Festival in Charlotte Square. Ramp had been requested 1 day prior to visit and made the 1 step down into tent's ballroom centre simple! Same for loop system.

Toilets

did not investigate the whereabouts of loos.

Staff

super helpful, so welcoming and my needs were paramount upon arrival and once all ok, I was left to myself - perfect for me!

hearing aid user also. Spiegel Tent at many summer festivals, Octoberfests and Christmas markets in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Perhaps elsewhere too?
