Staff shortage for using ambulift to exit plane

Overview
The airport itself is fully accessible but on arrival back from Alicante disabled passengers had to wait 30 minutes for the ambulift to get off the plane. The easy jet crew had changed over and we were holding up the next flight. The staff were very apologetic but there were not enough staff on duty. We were made to feel a bit 2nd class.
Transport & Parking
Disabled taxi drop off means quite a walk to the terminal.
Access
Wheelchair assistance was not available until an hour after check in time. If flights are early in the morning assistance should also be available.
Toilets
Door was a bit heavy but otherwise ok.
Staff
Staff were very helpful. The staffing levels were not their fault but meant they were overstretched.
