Overview
A step-free entrance, easy access to all areas. A very good place for wheelchair-users.
Transport & Parking
Wimbledon Station is very nearby and has step-free access to Tramlink services, and you can get ramp assistance for suburban rail services and the District Line. Plenty of buses serve the area, and there is a taxi rank nearby.
Access
The entrance is step-free and it's easy to get round all areas of the shop using a wheelchair. There is a lift to the CD and fashion department on the first floor. The lift is gloomy and dark, and a bit narrow, but perfectly usable. One puzzle: on the first floor, the lift button has a '2' on it. Why?
Toilets
This is not the type or size of shop where you would expect to find a toilet, and I didn't find one.
Staff
Friendly, helpful staff - top marks.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
There's a cinema on the 2nd floor, which I didn't get to because it's only open when a film is showing.
