Overview
Lovely staff.
Transport & Parking
Access
There is a power-assisted door to the ground floor and lifts to all floors. I had to ask for directions to the restaurant as one of the many 'sale' signs which were hanging from the ceiling obscured signs for both the restaurant and the toilets. I also had to ask for help to find the lifts.
Toilets
I didn't use the toilets but I believe there are accessible loos.
Staff
All friendly and helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The restaurant has seating on two levels but the upper level, nearest the windows, cannot be accessed as there is no ramp. There is seating around the children's area, though. This is great if you have children with you but, whether you do or you don't, it limits choice and is darker and not as pleasant as the upper level. I was impressed that two out of five of the main meals on offer that day were vegetarian and the Twining's loose leaf tea was delicious.
