The opera-occasional, black bearded, drag diva – Le Gateau Chocolat performs a specially curated song-cycle of the works that have shaped him to reveal a portrait of the undressed artist as man, shaped by experience, made by art; intimate, inspired, human, exposed.
Lurching from pop to opera via folk song, musical theatre, disco and more… a veritable mixtape of who Gateau was, who Gateau is, and who Gateau hopes to become.
