Creative Contemporary S.E.N.D (Year 3-6)
This creative Thursday class is for people with a learning difficulty or disability. Often working on a different theme each term, there's also the chance to progress into the D4Dance Performance Company when you're 16. You'll learn contemporary dance technique, improvisation, choreography and creative dance skills. It boosts confidence, creative thinking, teamwork, working independently and teaches you how to express a feeling or subject through movement.
Autumn term runs 16 September to 14 December (no classes for half-term week commencing 21 October). Spring term runs 6 January to 4 April (no classes for half-term week commencing 17 February). Summer term runs 20 April to 20 July (no classes for half-term week commencing 25 May). It's £79 for the full 12-week term or £10 for a taster session.
