Overview

The Lobster Shack is a great place to pick up fresh seafood and seriously tasty chips in North Berwick. The lobster is phenomenal and the sea views are the perfect backdrop. While the counter is very high at this seafood shack, there are numerous tables and places to sit all around and the harbour and seafront have good disabled access. The staff were so friendly that I'm sure they'd be happy to assist.

Transport & Parking

Parking can be very tricky in North Berwick, particularly at weekends. But there are plenty of public parking spaces in town that are only a short stroll from the seafront.

Access

Access around the harbour and beach is great in North Berwick. The Beach Hut with beach wheelchairs is right nearby too! The Lobster Shack is a great place to pick up some food to go, and there are tables and chairs (some of the chairs are moveable to allow access for wheelchair users) nearby or you can take your seafood away to any of the nooks and crannies around the harbour.

Toilets

The Lobster Shack itself does not have toilets, but there is an accessible loo in the Seabird Centre right nearby.

Staff were friendly and looked like they were having a great time!
