Overview
What an amazing place, passing along Regent Street towards Picaddily Circus, tongue hanging out for a decent coffee and bite to eat, Rhona’s Radar pointed towards a little lane called Heddon Street, a little square that had a collection of outside cafes. The one we chose was called Tibits, it was a vegetarian restaurant that was full of atmosphere inside and out. They had over 60 different choices of hot and cold foods with breads, rolls from Mediterranean, Central and South American cuisine. What was ingenious was not just help yourself, but you paid by the weight on your plate, which could have enough of exactly what you wanted. It was more than pleasant, it was atmospheric as parts of London can be being cosmopolitan.
Transport & Parking
We were utilising underground and bus, can’t comment on car use.
Access
Only because it was very, very busy and our mobility was a bit restricted - only due to 2 old tortoises like us trying to get around, a venue for real hustle and bustle people, but don’t let that deter you the manager said this was their busy time of the day and he assisted in giving us a quieter table, he advised us that there was no disabled access toilet.
Toilets
There was no disabled access toilet but a lift to the lower ground floor where the toilets were.
Staff
Very, very helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Despite the non access toilet we were delighted to have found this place, it’s menu, choice and found it a great idea to have more choice without standardised pricing or complicated issues of paying full price for very little. Great value.
