Overview
It's not a bad place, the staff were very friendly and helpful when I arrived late at night. If you have a meeting the next day in city centre it is perfect. Palace of Westminster is a 10 minute walk away and city centre and the strand is 30 min walk away.
Transport & Parking
About a 10 minute walk from Waterloo station, if you don't get lost, like I perhaps did ;). Not sure about bus routes.
Access
Having a walk in shower made it accessible for me, there was a lift. The step up to the bathroom made it less accessible and I'm 6ft and I even found the bed very high. It made it difficult to get dress in the morning.

It is cheap, but yet clean and quiet, great for a business trip stay.
