Overview
The Carraigeworks Theatre overlooks Millenium Square in Leeds City Centre, with several car parks nearby, including abundant disabled spaces. While the box office for the theatre is not based in the theatre itself, but in another accessible building on the other side of Millenium square, tickets can be purchased online which I recommend. The main entrance to the building is level access, with automatic doors. Directly opposite the entrance is a lift which has access to all floors, and a clear list of what facilities are on each floor displayed both outside and inside the lift. The lift has two sets of doors opposite each other, the set that opens corresponds to the floor you go to. This does mean that there is no mirror to aid with reversing out of the lifts, but I had no difficulties reversing out of the lift in a powered wheelchair. Disabled toilets are available on all floors; I have not used all of them, but do not believe that they have full changing facilities in the building. The stall I used was large, and equipped with grab rails and emergency pull cords. A few small meeting rooms are only available via a stair lift, but these are lesser-used rooms so should not impact most visitors. The staff are friendly and helpful, and were not patronising to me at all.

No car parks immediately nearby, but some disabled parking is available within a 1 mile radius. There are plenty of nearby bus stops.

Automatic doors, lifts, and disabled toilets were all available.
Toilets
Spacious, but full changing facilities are not available.

Very friendly and non-discriminatory.
