Overview

I regularly visit this cinema and the staff are always very friendly and attentive. There is a ramped kerb from the car park and it is level access into the foyer. Inside the cinema there are separate disabled toilets, ramps in addition to steps and allocated spaces for wheelchair users in the theatre itself.

Transport & Parking

There are allocated disabled parking spaces at the entrance to the cinema.

Access

Level access from the car park and into the foyer. Staff in the cinema very helpful. There are steps in the cinema itself but there is also a ramp.

Toilets

Disabled toilets clearly sign posted. Grab rails on the wall and very spacious.

Staff

Helpful staff. They asked some other customers politely if they could change seats to allow our family to sit together (next to the wheelchair user space).

Although there is space for wheelchair users, in some of the cinema screens there is limited choice of where to sit.
