Overview
The hotel has steps to the main entrance so wheelchair users access slightly along the street through the Marco Pierre white restaurant. At the time of our stay, the door was locked due to either winds or a fault however staff were very quick to assist. Our room was carpet free which was great, makes manoeuvring stand aid so much easier. Really good size bathroom with grab rails and a wet room.
Transport & Parking
Didn't use public transport however the train station is a 10 min walk. Parking seems limited but as we didn't use parking I can't reslly comment.
Access
Via the hotel restaurant.
Toilets
Accessible loo on ground floor but we didn't use it.
Staff
Staff were friendly and helpful. Daniel ftom reception brought our stand aid and suitcase up to save me two trips.
