Good
A modern shopping centre in the middle of town with several entrances and easy access.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Access in was good with large entrance doors that were automatic. Once inside it was easy to move around as a powerchair user with smooth surfaces and wide open spaces. Also, quite good to be able to take shelter from the changeable weather outside.
Parking & Transport
Average
We arrived having come off the nearby bus service so it was quite handy. Close to the prom' and the tram service.
Accessible Toilets
Good
There were two accessible toilets on the first floor. You did need to negotiate one of the two lifts to get up to that level. You come out of the lift into the seating area for the food court so on some occasions it was challenging to negotiate the tables and people. The loos themselves were fine with good wide doors and room to turn.
Additional Information
The shopping centre had a range of shops and was a good place to pause and take a rest from the hustle and bustle of the prom.
