Overview

This is a brand new store in a brand new shopping centre in the middle of Edinburgh. The changing rooms are not accessible at all. I have very limited mobility and was using an electric scooter. While I could get around the shop, There was not a suitable changing room which I could safely use. The 'seat' was a wobbly looking stool, there were no grab rails at all. I can't believe that in this day and age we are still facing such problems. Covid hand spray was above wheelchair accessible height. The staff were very helpful and could see my problem.
