Overview
Attended for late lunch/brunch on Saturday afternoon with five family members.
Transport & Parking
Disabled parking available within yards of entrance. Situated by beautiful Loch Fyne with spectacular views across to the Arrochar Alps. Main shopping street and other attractions close by - Access to other attractions not always wheelchair accessible.
Access
The restaurant is situated within a historic building but enjoys level access into a modern, warm and welcoming space. Tables are well spaced but while booking (in advance) confirm if you are a wheelchair user. Service is relaxed and the menu strongly invites casual dining. Enjoy a great coffee, light lunch or full main course.
Toilets
No wheelchair accessible toilet but the town's disabled loos are directly across from the restaurant and staffed/open during Ocho's service hours.
Staff
Helpful and chatty. The restaurant was in its first full week of trading and some training was taking place which led to minor confusion. Nothing which diminished the entirely positive experience. Dogs are made most welcome. The owner introduced herself and was pleasant and keen to take our feedback.
