One of Britain’s most iconic concert venues – the Royal Albert Hall – is offering a 20% discount to access bookers on Saturday 12 March, with all proceeds going into its Education & Outreach programme, which reaches more than 100,000 participants each year.

The Hall, opened in 1871, has hosted everyone from Winston Churchill, Albert Einstein and Edward Elgar to The Beatles, Bob Dylan and Adele. Last year, its breathtaking auditorium presented 389 events by the world’s greatest performers – taking in rock, pop and classical music, dance, films, Cirque du Soleil and even tennis.

Its Grand Tour, revealing the fascinating history of the venue, is always fully accessible – with a companion going free – and on Disabled Access Day three dedicated, discounted tours will also include a BSL interpreter.

The tours are at 10am, 11:15am and 12:30pm, departing from the Zvi and Ofra Meitar Porch and Foyer at Door 12. Tickets can be booked at www.royalalberthall.com or on 020 7589 8212.
