Friendly yoga teachers with extensive experience of yoga for all abilities. Sbectrwm Office staff friendly and helpful.

Yoga recommended for anyone who feels they could not manage a 'mainstream' class. Sbectrwm is a community enterprise centre, hosting Vision 21 training projects including: pottery, Community garden, Community cafe, Life skills, the paper shed project. It also hosts other disability organisations such as 'Disability Arts Cymru'. Rooms to hire.
