Overview
Staff so friendly. Couldnt take my powerchair around inside, we had to use one of their wheelchairs. Staff so helpful. Disabled access in shop at end of tour but you are taken via small lift to join main tour. All tour on one level. Two out of three walks outside are wheelchair friendly. Cafe wheelchair friendly. Wonderful experience
Transport & Parking
We came by car, disabled parking is right next to Palace disabled entrance
Access
You enter via shop, well pointed out by staff at gate. No motorised wheelchairs allowed but you are provided with one of their manual wheelchairs and taken on lift, manned by staff, to get to main entrance level and shown where to go to get to main door. Staff all along route to help
Toilets
All toilets on bottom level, close to restaurant and cafe. Very spacious and clean
Staff
All the staff are so helpful, they really enjoy their employment and share this with visitors

Would recommend this to any disabled visitor - a wonderful day both inside the palace and in the grounds. Two out of three of the outside walks are wheelchair friendly
