Overview
Tunbridge Wells station has two platforms and trains go to London and Hastings. There are two entrances to the station, the main entrance is on the side with Morrisons and has parking and drop off points. The ticket office can be found here with automatic ticket machines too.
Transport & Parking
There are disabled parking bays on the Morrisons side of the station close to the entrance, there is a dropped kerb near the station entrance door. There is also parking available in the Morrisons multi story car park, there are two disabled bays at entrance level, there is an automatic door and lifts that will take you into Morrisons where you can exit and cross the road to the station. There is a taxi rank on the Mount Pleasant Road side of the station. Ringing ahead for an accessible taxi would be advisable as not all are accessible. Bus stops are also on this road.
Access
Platform one has good disabled access, there is a ticket office and staff on hand to help if people have questions. When through the barriers there is a ramp to the left and stairs to the right for access on to the platform. Trains to London tend to go from this platform. Platform 2 (accessed from Mount Pleasant Road) requires a lift to go down to the platform. If you're on platform one you'll need to exit the station and go along Vale Road to access platform two, the lift is on your right when you go through the station doors. There is a ticket office here but it is sometimes unmanned, a ticket machine is here too. Trains on this platform tend to go to Hastings.
Toilets
I didn't see an accessible toilet or any signage to one.
Staff
I didn't really come into contact with any staff but there were several around to ask questions if needed.
