No disability access to Glasgow Ice Bar at Braehead

My friend booked tickets for a group of us to go to the Baltic Ice Bar in Glasgow. I cannot use stairs without a handrail, so I emailed customer care. They told me that there is no other access to the Ice Bar other than via a long flight of stairs without a handrail. I had to cancel my visit as a result and was surprised that they do not have another entry into the bar for those with mobility issues or for wheelchair users
