brilliant accessible and thought out facilities with very friendly and helpful staff.

there is level access throughout the hotel and lifts if required, there is also a lowered bar area for wheelchair uses and the self help breakfast facilities are accessible by wheelchair users.
Parking & Transport

there are 5 disabled parking bays at the entrance of the hotel and parking is free.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
accessible toilets were well labelled with ample space and very clean.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Additional Information
the facilities were extremely well thought out for example, the rooms had lowered beds, wardrobe areas, and tea and coffee making facilities. each assessable room has multiple emergency cords connected to front desk a generous wet room and plenty of room. the majority of the accessible rooms had interlocking doors with the next room for carers they also offer complimentary accommodation for careers subject to availability. the hotel has also arranged specialist equipment for guest when requested e.g oxygen and are happy to go above and beyond.
