Overview

When I booked a platform ticket, the contact person could not have been more helpful and patiently answered all my questions. On the night of the concert every single member of staff were outstanding. People with disabled tickets were admitted first so there was plenty of time to purchase any merchandise and then enter the arena. My daughter had booked to sit on the platform which is at the side, slightly raised from the main floor. The view was perfect. The staff provided chairs and were there to assist in any way. Entrance to the platform was protected so that non platform ticket holders couldn't enter. There was access to the bar which provided endless cups of water and there was a RADAR toilet to the side. Other guests on the platform, some in wheelchairs, were all fully accomodated. After the concert the staff made every effort to ensure we could leave without being crushed. One young person on the platform had paid for a meet and greet with the group after the concert. The group came down to her which made her evening. The entire experience was so positive and supportive. Every member of staff made every effort to ensure my daughter had a good time. We would definitely go back anytime!

Transport & Parking

We stayed in a hotel nearby so we could walk to the venue. Brixton tube station was about a minute's walk away.

Access

There was a wheelchair ramp placed over the front stairs. It was steep but there were plenty of staff there to assist. Once inside, the main floor was completely accessible, as was access to the platform at the side. Once on the platform seating was provided and the view was perfect.

Every single member of staff was well trained in how to assist whilst being very respectful. They made my daughter feel welcome and valued; they wanted her to enjoy herself, which she certainly did. There were plenty of staff so we felt safe even when we left, the staff ensured we had spaceto exit at our own pace without being crowded.
