Venue Description
The Fashion Museum holds a world-class collection of contemporary and historic dress. It is housed in the Assembly Rooms building, which is owned by the National Trust.Accessibility
The building is accessible to wheelchair users. There is level access to the ground floor Assembly Rooms and a wheelchair is available for use. There is a lift from the ground floor to the Fashion Museum on the lower ground floor, and an emergency exit ramp. Other accessible features include audioguides compatible with the "T" switch on hearing aids. Alternatively, we can provide a copy of the audioguide text (with reading torch) to read during your visit.

Unisex accessible toilet on the ground floor, along the main corridor from the entrance; emergency pull cord and response provided. Support rails basin with mixer lever tap. In the museum – accessible toilet within the museum on the lower floor.
