With an international profile and a network of alumni that reads like a who’s who of contemporary comedy, drama and entertainment, the Pleasance is a place for the experimental and the new. It is where audiences come in their tens of thousands. It is where performers, writers, directors, technicians, producers and the rest of the artistic community can develop ideas and feel fully supported.

The EICC is a modern, purpose-built and fully-accessible events venue. The venue has been designed to be inclusive to people of all abilities. Pleasance operate 4 venues at the EICC, these are: •Lennox •Lammermuir •Pentland •Lomond

Toilets

On each floor of the venue there are adapted toilets, with grab rails, emergency buttons, lowered mirrors and fittings. Currently these toilets allow for either a left or a right lateral transfer, not both.

The EICC team has received full Equality and Diversity Training.
