Reviewers were particularly happy with the facilities on offer in the adapted room which includes tracking hoists in the bathroom and a separate hoist crossing the bathroom. The adapted room also has a wet room, walk-in shower, wide entrance door and switches and emergency cords fitted at lower level. One reviewer said: “The fully accessible room on the upper floor is fantastic with amazing views. It’s a pleasure to stay in a normal looking, luxurious room which is completely accessible”. All the reviewers were happy with the staff, saying that “All staff were excellent and most helpful especially in the restaurant”.
