We welcome you to our 1 Stop Travel Shop - 26 North Street, Brighton. BN1 1EB on 12 March for Disabled Access Day. We're passionate at Brighton & Hove Buses about ensuring our bus services are accessible for all.

We are honoured to have Juliet Smith, The High Sheriff of East Sussex in attendance on the day.

Staff will answer questions and welcome feedback on improving the travelling experience and services being even more accessible.

Brighton & Hove Guide Dogs Branch will also be on hand answering questions as well as The FED (The Federation of Disabled People) and Age Uk.

Wheelchair users are welcome on our services and we are pleased to also accept some class 2 scooters (up to 1000 mm length x 600mm wide)

We will be able to establish whether or not your class 2 scooter can be used on our services.

The FED will have one of their Shopmobility scooters present that are compatible with bus travel.

Information will also be available about our accessible travel initiatives including the Wheelchair Taxi guarantee Scheme as well as our very own Helping Hand card scheme. www.buses.co.uk/helpinghand
