Excellent
Completely accessible restaurant, with good disabled rest room and incredible nice and accommodating staff.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Completely level access from the street - door was open so nothing to negotiate on the way in. Plenty of room inside for manoeuvring a wheelchair. When I booked I mentioned the wheelchair and the staff had clearly remembered as they had taken a chair away from our table. As it was we decided to change to a different table towards the back - the staff were fine with this and we stored my wheelchair in a corner so I could transfer. Many tables have bench seating on one side then free standing chairs on the other.
Parking & Transport
Good
The restaurant is in the upper High St so some distance and up a steep hill from the bus station. However there are Blue badge parking spaces about 200 metres away and public car parks also nearby.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Accessible loo at rear corner, which staff directed me to on request. Well equipped with all rails, lowered height basin, alarm cord. Clean. Only downside was that all the able bodied customers were using it too! But I'd rather that than have it locked.

Polite, attentive, accommodating but never intrusive.
