Overview

Accessibility was great and the staff were very friendly! We were taken straight through so were able to avoid the queues.

Transport & Parking

We took a taxis and were dropped right outside the terminal. Also when we arrived there were lots of taxis available and larger ones for wheelchair users. Don't get an uber taxis as we were totally ripped off. The regular taxis have a flat fare from the airport to JFK, make sure your taxis is offering this!

Access

It was great, power doors, flat throughout and lifts to other levels. We were assisted the moment we entered the airport and nothing was a problem. We were meet promptly at the gate both arriving and departing.

Toilets

Large with everything you needed and very clean.

Staff

They were great, nothing was an issue and they fast tracked us through so no hanging around in queues!
