You cannot enter Lloyds bank in Newcastle Emlyn as it has three steps into it. There is a disability access sticker in the window, so when I asked how this was possible they said they have a call system I need to purchase, but could not tell me how I can do it. I then asked if I had the call system how could I get in? they said IF they had someone able to pull me in my wheelchair up the three large steps they would be able to get me inside, it was the only entrance and I was unable to access the building any other way.

Very polite and helpful but really their hands are tied, Lloyds bank should not be stating this is accessible for the disabled.
