Good
In Irvine rivergate shopping centre they have a ramp to get down to the ground floor for people who are in wheelchairs or prams. They also have a lift for people who have a pram or a wheelchair, they have escalators as well. They also have a multi-story car park with 5 floors and the and the fifth floor has disabled access. Most shops had disabled access or offered some help and in primark they have disabled changing rooms.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
There was a lot of seats going through the shopping centre and lots of seats in most of the shops and they can see everything they wanted to. They also had a lift and a ramp and escalators for easier access.
Parking & Transport
Good
If I drove to the multi-story carpark they would have disabled parking and they also have a bridge to get up with no stairs for wheelchairs or peaks. The nearest train station is across the road from the rivergate shopping centre, the nearest bus stop is outside primark.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There is 3 accessible loos in the shopping centre and they are very easy to find they are also very clean and tidy inside and have handrails to hold onto to and there is enough space for at least 2 carers
Staff
Good
The staff are very good at the shopping centre because they help you to fin your way to they shops and they can help you out to your car with your shopping.
