Overview
The Rosewood library is fully wheel chair accessible and it is quiet most of the time unless there is an activity or event on. The only issue that I have with the library is that the backdoor which is closest to the car park doesn't open from the outside and to enter through the back door one has to press a door bell and wait for librarian to open it from the inside. This can be an issue if you have a hidden disability and young like myself and the librarian doesn't understand and thinks you're doing ding dong ditch.
