I was unable to get into the shop. A two big steps at the entrance and a missing doorbell button. No welcome here for wheelchair users. Zero stars.
Disabled Access In and Around
0There are two big steps at the entrance to the shop. There is a notice by the door saying 'For assistance please ring bell'. The button for ringing this doorbell is missing. The place where the doorbell button used to be is a dull dirty rectangle. See my photo below. I was therefore unable to use the doorbell, unable to get the attention of staff for assistance, and unable to get into the shop.

Several bus routes pass this shop, and Richmond Station is very nearby, fully step-free from street to platform.
Accessible Toilets
0As I was unable to get into the shop I was unable to determine whether it has any toilets of any kind.
Staff
0Because the doorbell button was missing I was unable to get into the shop and so did not meet any staff. Zero stars not only because I was unable to assess the staff, but also because the staff have not maintained the doorbell and its button.
