Overall Rating
Excellent
Each visit, regardless of how busy it is, staff have been very friendly and helpful and service has been quick. There's a parking outside and a bit of a slope to enter which unfortunately has a few broken flagstones however I've been careful to avoid these and the rest of the building is fully accessible.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Would be a higher rating however the broken flagstones at the front mean we have to be careful when going over these in a wheelchair. It doesn't stop me from getting inside and the access of the building is great. There's plenty of space to move around and I don't believe there's any area which isn't one level.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
There's a car park directly outside however I'm not sure how quickly this fill up at peak times. There's sufficient space for a taxi to pickup/drop off outside the front door. I believe there is disabled parking spots however the car park is only small therefore there's not much of a distance to travel if you don't need the extra space to get in and out of the car.
Accessible Toilets
Good
The disabled toilet is very large with plenty of handrails, a lowered sink and enough room to move around in a wheelchair. There was a bit of a mess left behind by another user but staff were very quick to resolve it when we mentioned it. There's wide access getting to and from the toilet as well. It would be 5 stars however it did smell quite unpleasant on my last visit!
Staff
Excellent
Can't fault the staff. When I've had a carvery, staff have offered to help me as you serve yourself for this. The partitioning for the carvery can be moved and had sometimes been moved to make it a bit of a tight squeeze to get through however staff were quick to move this as soon as they saw me. Quick and friendly service every time.
Additional Information
The quality of the food has suffered a little at peak times. I would recommend it through. Vegetarian options are available including on the carvery although this isn't listed on the menu however if you ask they always have a few veggie options available.
