"All aboard the scary Halloween Special to hear terrifying tales from the ghosts of Stephenson Railway Museum.

We've got loads of spooky activities going on around the Museum: hunt the witch, learn to cast spells, gruesome crafts, and stories of unearthly things that go bump in the night. What will you dare to do?

And don't forget to call into the Waggonway Tea Room for Halloween themed treats.

Come dressed to spook and win! Fancy dress competition

Dress up in your creepiest costume - we want to be scared witless by lots of witches, ghosts and ghouls! Take photos of you and your family at the museum, check in to our Facebook page and post your shots. The best costume, chosen by the Stephenson team, will win a family season ticket, with a family day ticket for the runner up."
