The Macallan Distillery in Scotland's Speyside region is open for pre-booked experiences from Thursdays to Sundays. You can book ahead to see round our distillery and learn more about our heritage and whiskies, as well as to browse our Boutique, spend time at The Macallan Bar, or dine at TimeSpirit. Accessibility

Our team are available to support at every stage of the visit, including by taking guests from the car park in the electric buggy, to providing appropriate ongoing assistance. Wheelchairs are available for guests who require assistance. The Macallan Distillery is over two floors and we have a lift that allows enough space for a wheelchair user and one other to enter and exit. There are accessible toilets on both levels.

Toilets

We have accessible toilets on both levels of the distillery. Each is spacious, has grab rails, a drop-down rail and ample transfer space. The transfer space in the accessible toilet may be either left or right, giving visitors a suitable option to meet their individual preferences. Access to the ground floor toilets are pull door, and staff will assist when requested. All our accessible toilets are equipped with an emergency alarm and a red alarm cord
