Good
The caves are understandably not accessible for wheelchairs or mobility scooters. They have a dvd which you ask in the gift shop which I feel could be signposted and said where we had to go to. The circus show was good but they had these large steps 1 1/2-2” high which was extremely hard to get over in my mobility scooter plus getting into the restaurant which is where you went to get to the circus show was difficult as it had a slope with a ledge which is difficult to get over in a mobility scooter.

The caves are not accessible so they have a dvd which you can watch you ask in the gift shop and they show you where the tv room is it’s next to the paper mill and cafe. It’s quite difficult for a first timer to navigate through the amusement arcade and through to the tv room we found it could be signposted. The exhibits are interesting but I didn’t notice any assistance for non sighted guests.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
They have a good sized car park which has a few disabled spaces and a main car park which is nearer to the entrance has a couple of disabled spaces outside the hotel.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
They have a accessible toilet next to the car park spaces and inside the main building.
Staff
Excellent
I found the gentleman who showed me to the tv room was extremely helpful and kept checking in me throughout the Dvd show. I was able to get a hot drink next to the tv room and my family joined me just after the show finished. But the ticket office staff rattled off the information so fast no one could understand what she said.
Additional Information
They have gravel around the picnic tables outside the caves exit area which made it extremely extremely difficult to get to a table in my mobility scooter I had to get off and have my scooter pushed up to the table and then walk luckily a couple of feet to the table I hate to think about it if I had to get a table further away. The ground around the crazy golf was so very very bumpy.
