In this month’s review roundup we have a fantastic selection of reviews to share with you and hopefully inspire you to share your own story. This month we have received reviews from around the UK and beyond and we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has taken the time to share your review. We love reading them all and sharing them on our website.

The great outdoors

This month some of the reviewers have been enjoying some time outside and taking the time to visit outdoor spaces with family and friends Lulingstone Castle and the world garden got a five star review from Steve_Riley_Retired who said: "The house was not open when we visited but the grounds and the garden were lovely." Steve has also included some photographs in his review which show the path going round the gardens and some of the beautiful flowers. Lullingstone Castle and the World Garden

A five star review for Black Rock Sands near Porthmadog in Wales. This review came from one of our new reviewers this month BHimselfInACampervan. "Black Rock Sands is a beach which allows vehicles onto it, so ideal for any disabled visitors to access. We took our campervan onto it, and had no problems with getting on or off the beach.” This review also includes a short video which shows the accessibility and the adventure of getting onto the beach. Slightly further north in the Highlands Jane awarded a 4.2 star rating to the Highland wildlife Park in Inverness. She commented: "All the staff we met were helpful, pointing out the best route for us to get the most from our visit." Highland Wildlife Park

This month some of the reviewers have been escaping to sunnier climes in search of some better weather and a chance to relax. Liam was able to enjoy a long overdue holiday with his family in Barcelona staying at Mics Saint Jordi giving it a five star rating. Included in this review are some fantastic photographs of a new changing places toilet on one of the accessible beaches in Barcelona. "We were very pleased to see a new Changing Places Toilet and beach buggies to take you to the water on Barcelona beach.”  "MICS Hotel Barcelona"

Staying on the theme of travel the mobility assistance staff at Gatwick Airport were highly praised by one of her new reviewers Pogs. "On both outward and inward journeys the staff, without exception, were absolutely fabulous, polite, charming, kind and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldnt praise them highly enough.” Five stars go to the staff at Gatwick Airport.

Things to see and do

Some other reviewers have been out and about on their travels and have made recommendations of things to see and do around the UK and reviewer alanm gave a fantastic 4.8 star review of the Dundee Rep Theatre, particularly mentioning the theatre has a new Changing Places toilet and the accessible seating for disabled people and their carers. Alan commented: "There is now a Changing Places toilet on the upper level and a refurbished loo on the lower level beside the restaurant. The restaurant toilet is slightly awkward getting into it but as with the rest of the facilities it's spotless.” Dundee Rep Theatre

SquirrelPot sent us an excellent 4.5 star review of St Albans Cathedral which he was extremely impressed with both for the appearance and architecture of the cathedral but also it's accessibility for wheelchair users. “A hugely impressive and thorough adaptation of a very old and potentially intractable building. Top marks to the cathedral authorities for these top-quality adaptations." SquirrellPot has added some superb photos to his review showing the accessible toilet and ramps that are available around the cathedral. This sounds like a great family day out. St Alburns Cathedral

JuliaPeculiar made her first visit this month to the Buckingham Palace state rooms in London. She gave her experience five stars and particularly commented on the accessibility for wheelchair users and the helpfulness of the staff at the palace. She said: "Excellent organisation. I was given a lanyard that marked out that I was using the access route, and then plenty of staff were on hand to tell me what to do." Buckingham Palace State Rooms
