Accessibility

We manage & staff luxurious ski chalets offering wheelchair access / step-free access / internal lifts / bathrooms & bedrooms suitable for guests with varying disabilities. Chalets with direct access to the ski slope... literally metres from the ski room door. We have at our disposal - vehicles capable of transporting clientele with unique assistance requirement... both by road and even on the piste. Access to some of the resorts most prestigious mountain venues... most sublime view points... all can be facilitated through a trusted network of people willing to assist.

Our business model for staffing our properties is truly bespoke. Each group visiting our catered luxury chalets are interviewed to establish how we can maintain the very highest level of clientele care. We can and will hand select staff according to any unique, special requirements.

Nothing is too much trouble for our VIP guests... Dog walkers / food serving bowls... and private chauffeurs happy to open their luxury car door to guests, pets and assistance animals. Our assistance doesn´t stop at our own front door... we have contacts & influence to arrange access to almost any venue in-resort and on the mountain for our guests requiring special assistance.
