Alba Highland Cottages are 2 adjacent Cottages at Boat of Garten in the Cairngorm National Park near Aviemore in the Cental Highlands of Scotland. They both have adjacent parking, ramps and wet rooms Free WIFI Pets Welcome Osprey has 5 bedrooms, 4 twin and one double sleeping 10 Ptarmigan has 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and one double sleeping 6 Ptarmigan has sitting area with TV ,2 twin bedrooms and wet room on ground floor with stairs to upper lounge and double bedroom. Osprey has 3 twin bedroom, lounge TV and wetroom on ground floor with 1 twin bedroom and double bedroom upstairs

Accessibility

Both cottages have adjacent car parking with ramps to main doors. All doors are wheelchair wide. Both cottages are on 2 levels with stairs to upper level. Downstairs in Ptarmigan there are 2 twin bedrooms , wet room, sitting area with TV and open kitchen leading out to decked patio. Upstairs has a lounge with wood burning stove and TV, main bedroom with en suite and a bathroom and toilet. Osprey has downstairs 3 twin bedrooms one with ensuite,wet room, lounge with TV and open kitchen leading to decked patio. Upstairs has a double bedroom and bathroom , sitting area with TV,and a twin bedroom with ensuite.
