Overview
There is a slight slope up into the entrance. Someone may have to open and hold the door for you if you are a wheelchair user or have crutches or a rollator. The cafe is nice and spacious however there are a lot of tables and it can sometimes feel a wee bit cramped if busy. Doggies are welcome, which is lovely. There's a nice fire when it is cold outside this is the place to be. Hot chocolate is amazing. Stafdf are really excellent and attentive. Access to the TreeHouse gift shop is through the Bridgehouse cafe. They don't really advertise that, so from outside you might think Tree house is not accessible to wheelchair users but it is. You will however need someone to shift a bunch of highchairs and move some stock for you to get through okay. The toilets are to the back and it looked so cramped with so many tables and chairs to squeeze by, I didn't bother using the toilet in there.
