The centre is equipped to handle bookings over the counter and stocks tickets to blockbuster exhibitions, sport matches and other events. You will also find a selection of local produce, souvenirs and Canberra memorabilia to purchase. The visitor centre is the official shopfront for VisitCanberra and has free Wi-Fi and a charge station for your smart devices.

Accessibility

The Canberra and Region Visitors Centre is mobility friendly with 2 disabled parking bays, ramps from the car park, space for visitors to move freely within the centre and a disabled public toilet. The information counter is equipped with a hearing loop, to assist visitors with a hearing impairment. A hearing loop provides a wireless signal that is picked up by the hearing aid. We provide accommodation listing for properties with disabled access rooms.
