Overview

This is a great cinema for wheelchair user! Access throughout is excellent, the wheelchair seating is generally at a good height, with a seat next to it for a carer. Staff are helpful and friendly and the hotdogs are great! Also if you have a CEA card your carer gets in for free!

Transport & Parking

We normally don't take the car as we live close by, but when we have there are plenty of disabled parking bays in the car park. With automatic doors to enter Fountain Park and lifts that go up to the cinema level.

Access

Lifts to all levels, automatic doors and mainly flat floors, it's no problem to navigate. Only thing that might cause a problem is that the entrance to some of the screens can be a little steep. Hasn't bother my fiancé, as long as I'm carrying the food!

Toilets

Lots of room and have always been nice and clean.

Staff

Staff are friendly and helpful. If they see you a bit over loaded they have offered to help carry, which is good.
