Venue Description

Cineworld is a 13 screen cinema that has Edinburgh's only IMAX screen. We cater for lots of different tastes and screen both 2D and 3D blockbusters as well as hidden gems, Bollywood, Event Cinema, Movies for Juniors at the weekends, Cinebabies screenings for Mother and babies, Autism Friendly screenings on the first Sunday of each month. We offer disabled access and have audio description on some screenings (where available). We also offer free carer tickets for customers who have a CEA card.

Accessibility

The cinema is on one level and all screens are on this level. There is a lift upstairs to our new Starbucks as well. We have automatic doors, disabled toilet facilities as well as wheelchair spaces in screens with chairs beside for carers. We provide audio description in screenings where available and have a minimum of 4 subtitled performances per week.

Toilets

Our disabled toilets have step free access, doors wide enough for manual and power wheelchairs, grab rails, an emergency cord and locks and taps that are easy to turn.
