Venue Description

Colzium House is one of the jewels in North Lanarkshire's crown. The House has been reconditioned and offers a suite of rooms suitable for functions of all kinds. Situated in the idyllic Colzium Lennox Estate, Colzium House is the perfect place, for an intimate wedding. Guests have the house to themselves, and can hold their wedding in the downstairs rooms and have photographs taken in the walled gardens before retiring to the first floor banqueting suite for the reception. The house is also a great place for business events like seminars and conferences.

Accessibility

Facilities: There are disabled access points, the ground floor is on the level with lift provision to the first floor, where the disabled toilet is located. Colzium House has one main hall, which is situated on the first floor and can hold a maximum of 100 people for a dinner dance or disco. There is a separate bar room and a stage at the rear of the hall. There are also two rooms available for hire on the ground floor, both of which can cater for up to 40 people. Each room in the house overlooks the beautiful surrounding gardens.

Disabled toilet is available on the first floor. Lift access is available.
