To get between floors they have installed a stair lift which they have creatively lit up - really thoughtful touch. See photo.

Transport & Parking

We easily found disabled parking space in grovenor gardens nearby. Obviously parking in London is difficult but we researched options on the blue badge website.

Access

Great adaptation for wheelchairs. But the experience is totally dependent on visuals and audio so would be very difficult if deaf and or blind. So fast moving and multi sensory I doubt BSL or voice over would work well? Was noisy - so problematic if you have tinnitus - the noise meant hubby could not actually hear what the actors were saying. And there were numerous small spaces which would not be comfortable for some people. But an interactive experience is not going to suit everyone.

Toilets

The disabled toilet was fine for me in a mobility scooter.

Staff

The actors in the experience we’re not at all phased by me being in a scooter, so it was not a problem. Apart from when I was too slow turning around in a tight corner and nearly drive into the cyberman invasion!!
