Eaton Manor Country Estate is a glorious rural retreat set in 500 acres of peaceful Shropshire countryside, offering award winning superior 4 and 5 star gold self catering holiday cottages with spacious private gardens.

Accessibility

- Four of our cottages are graded under the National Accessibility Scheme --- Pendennis is NAS Mobility 1 & 2, therefore suitable for older and less mobile guests and also for part time wheelchair users --- Toad Hall, Curlew Cottage and Garden Cottage are NAS Mobility 1, therefore suitable for older and less mobile guests - Cars can pull right up to each Mobility 1 & 2 cottage - Each cottage has its own private parking - There are ground floor bedrooms in each cottage - Most of the gardens are flat - We offer complimentary reduced mobility packs - We have a link with a local company that can arrange specific accessible equipment e.g. ramps, shower seats etc - Key property measurements are available - Access statements are available for each property

- Our cottages have large enclosed gardens that are ideal for dogs and our estate apartments have enclosed patios - We also have plenty of wonderful walks on the 500 acre estate that guests and their dogs can enjoy at their leisure

We provide a number of items for dogs: - A blanket and bowl per dog - Individual dog towels - ID tag (attach one of our holiday ID tags to your dog’s collar during your stay) - Dog waste bags & a dedicated bin - Dog washing facilities (situated behind Toad Hall) - with warm water of course!
