They provide wheelchair vehicles to help visitors get up the hill. friendly staff. Good parking and bus routes. Accessible and education centres. Could have more toilets around the zoo.

Not suitable for someone in a wheelchair, as unstable and very, very hilly. Hard work and not worth it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are also lot of ramps for wheelchairs and plenty of signs.
