Overall Rating

Good

Lovely restaurant, really helpful and friendly staff when we were there, the food is amazing! They cater for vegans, vegetarians and those with allergies to gluten and dairy

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

There is a very small step to get in, there are two entry doors as there are two different levels inside which are separated by a few stairs. A staff member helped me get up the step to get in the lower level- it was smooth and easy. In my power chair I’d have climbed it easily but I was in my manual chair. I fit perfectly under the table, the tables are ideal for wheelchair users. There are bar seats and some high tables too so I’d recommend booking a table.

Parking & Transport

Good

The restaurant is in town so a central location for buses and trains. There is a council car park a few mins away and on street parking nearby

Accessible Toilets

Average

I was there for a birthday celebration so a big table was booked and it was in the lower level. We told the restaurant a wheelchair user was part of the party and they were ready for this, however the accessible toilet was on the other level. We managed to get into the bathroom but it was very tiny and I wouldn’t have got in in my powerchair. The cubicles were too small to close the door so my friend had to block the door to the toilets so no one walked in. I visited the restaurant about a year ago and was at the other level and used the ‘accessible’ toilet which was full of chairs and stock which staff had to clear so I could get in. However I can’t say how it is now.

Staff

Good

The staff were so lovely and helpful, they were polite and I cannot fault the service

Additional Information

I’ll definitely be going back and would recommend this restaurant
